What you will do

• Build and operate scalable ML and generative AI pipelines for automated content creation and personalization.
• Productionize research prototypes by designing service/API contracts and containerized workers.
• Apply LLMs, VLMs, and multimodal generation to improve creative quality and automation.
• Engineer reliable workflows featuring schema validation, idempotency, and failure recovery.
• Monitor and optimize quality, latency, failure rates, and generation costs.
• Collaborate with scientists, designers, and product managers to translate business needs into maintainable systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, ML, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience building production software or ML systems with strong CS fundamentals.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience deploying models to production using APIs, containers, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, CI/CD, and workflow orchestrators.
• Visa sponsorship is provided for international candidates moving to Tokyo, Japan.

Nice to have

• Experience with generative media, creative optimization, or MarTech products.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, agent frameworks, or multimodal systems.
• Experience designing feedback-loop pipelines and conducting online experiments.
