What you will do

• Develop and deploy production-grade GenAI solutions using the latest research techniques.
• Own the end-to-end rollout of consumer and internal GenAI applications.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across various domains.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Present technical insights at industry conferences like Data + AI Summit.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Japanese and professional working proficiency in English required.
• Extensive industry experience in data science and machine learning.
• Proven expertise in building GenAI applications (RAG, multi-agent systems, fine-tuning).
• Experience deploying production-grade ML models on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to travel once every 4-8 weeks to visit customers.

Nice to have

• Experience using the Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark.
• Strong background in teaching technical concepts to diverse audiences.
