What you will do

• Build and prototype full-stack AI and agentic applications to solve real-world enterprise challenges.
• Partner with strategic customers to drive AI use cases from early prototypes to production readiness.
• Advise customer leaders on AI roadmaps, use case prioritization, and deployment strategies.
• Standardize successful patterns into repeatable reference architectures and internal playbooks.
• Mentor internal teams and channel customer feedback to Product teams to enhance the AI platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production-grade systems, including 2-3 years focusing on Generative AI or agentic applications.
• Strong hands-on software engineering, data engineering, and applied AI/ML skills.
• Experience with foundation models, context engineering, fine-tuning, semantic search, and RAG.
• Deep understanding of LLMOps/MLOps practices including evaluation, observability, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to engage and translate technical needs for both technical and executive audiences.
• High agency and ability to thrive autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of the hirify.global platform or open-source big data tools (Spark, Iceberg, NiFi).
• Experience with AI infrastructure, NVIDIA GPUs, and inference optimization.
