Modernization Engineer (AI Engineering): Developing and deploying custom AI solutions and agentic architectures for enterprise customers with an accent on Generative AI, RAG, and multi-agent ecosystems. Location: Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid, often on-site at customer premises)

What you will do
- Partner with customers to translate business challenges into high-quality, fit-for-purpose technical AI solutions.
- Build and iterate custom AI prototypes utilizing agentic AI frameworks.
- Own the end-to-end delivery process from scoping to production deployment and adoption.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability for deployed AI solutions.
- Capture field intelligence and contribute code and feedback to enhance core AI platforms.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python (or C#, Node.js, TypeScript).
- Experience designing and integrating multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Practical knowledge of deploying RAG architectures and integrating diverse knowledge sources.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google AI) and distributed computing.
- Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan, and willing to travel to customer sites.
