WCM Coordinator (World Class Manufacturing)

Location: Sezzadio (AL), Italy; permanent, full-time position based at the factory

Gross annual base salary: EUR 34,200.00–48,855.14. The role is also eligible for an annual discretionary performance incentive.

What you will do

• Own and promote World Class Manufacturing methodologies across the factory.
• Guide teams in delivering sustainable, high-impact continuous improvement and loss-eradication results.
• Collaborate with teams and WCM pillars to define, implement, and scale standards and best practices.
• Lead the Education & Training pillar, supporting capability development and knowledge sharing.
• Encourage innovation, engagement, inclusion, and a growth mindset across WCM activities.

Requirements

• Technical education in engineering, such as a technical secondary school or vocational program.
• Strong communication skills in Italian and English are required.
• Experience in stakeholder management, team coordination, auditing, project execution, change management, and WCM principles.
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate long-term strategies into clear short- and mid-term action plans.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, influence others, and support knowledge sharing.

Nice to have

• At least one year of experience in a WCM- or TPM-certified company.
• Knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, or TQM methodologies.
• Additional language skills.
