What you will do

• Manage and optimize BMS systems across the campus in collaboration with external specialists.
• Support maintenance planning, cost tracking, and technical documentation for building systems.
• Collaborate with the ICT team to align framework configurations and security protocols.
• Assist in BIM integration for facility management, including updating system records and schematics.
• Identify and troubleshoot building system issues while logging fault reports in the helpdesk.
• Interact with contractors and vendors to support ongoing BMS projects and energy efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Technical diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS systems.
• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Milan, Italy.

Nice to have

• Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related field).
• Knowledge of SIEMENS, Schneider, Trend, or ISMA BMS systems.
• Experience with BIM in Facility Management.
• Knowledge of ICT frameworks and security standards.
• Previous experience in research, hospital, or university environments.
