What you will do

• Support all billing and payroll operations using specialized accounting and payables software.
• Execute complex billing tasks, including multiple discounts, split-party billing, and electronic bill preparation.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and supporting documentation for clients.
• Analyze rejected invoices and coordinate with e-billing coordinators for resolution.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Support year-end closing processes and other special administrative projects.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA.
• College degree with prior internship or professional work experience.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping procedures, including debits, credits, and journal entries.
• Proficiency in basic accounting principles and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise good judgment in a fast-paced environment.
