Senior Commissioning Manager (Data Centers)

Location: On-site in Dublin, Ireland. Must have the legal right to work already.

What you will do

• Develop and implement commissioning strategies, plans, and procedures for the project.
• Drive the end-to-end commissioning process, including scope, schedule, and quality assurance.
• Conduct site inspections to review QA/QC and commissioning activities.
• Provide independent oversight of client-appointed commissioning teams and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate coordination between design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Track and report progress on commissioning milestones, budgets, and interdependencies.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing commissioning on large-scale data center projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, switchgear, generators, cooling systems).
• Ability to develop and execute detailed commissioning scripts and schedules.
• Degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
• Legal right to work in Ireland is required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
