What you will do

• Review draft immigration court-related filings (EOIR), including motions and briefs, following senior attorney guidance.
• Identify, track, and execute necessary edits to court filings and legal documents prior to submission.
• Communicate updates and edits regarding filings and motions to team members.
• Manage and meet daily goals for reviewing high-volume court-related matters.
• Conduct legal research on immigration law topics relevant to court proceedings.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active member in good standing of a state bar.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to follow detailed directions and instructions.
• Computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Dropbox.
