What you will do

• Respond to medical and safety enquiries from healthcare professionals and patients via phone, email, and web platforms.
• Utilize scientific literature and internal data to provide accurate, clear responses.
• Document and report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Log all enquiries into internal systems in a timely and compliant manner.
• Perform quality checks on safety reports and medical enquiries to maintain service standards.
• Write custom medical responses and provide mentorship to new team members.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Science, Nursing, or Medicine.
• Fluency (C1) in Swedish and English, both written and oral.
• Must be based in the UK, Serbia, or Croatia.
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Interest in drug safety, medical information, or regulatory affairs.
