What you will do

• Serve as the primary project lead for the successful implementation and deployment of hirify.global for new and existing clients.
• Consult on Chart of Accounts setup, G/L data migration from legacy systems, and integration of loan data from LOS.
• Configure invoice and journal approval workflows, ACH processing, Positive Pay, and branch portals.
• Deliver thorough training to clients on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and loan-level reporting.
• Provide post-go-live support to ensure users effectively execute their job functions and maximize system utilization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4-year undergraduate degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Direct experience in the mortgage banking industry.
• Hands-on experience using hirify.global software or Microsoft Dynamics software.
• 3-5 years of professional business experience.
