What you will do
- Lead the development, integration, and management of master project schedules using Primavera P6 across engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
- Apply advanced risk management methodologies, including probabilistic risk assessments and Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA).
- Drive practical mitigation strategies in collaboration with regional project teams and contractors to manage cost and schedule exposures.
- Deliver structured reporting and presentations on project progress, risks, and forecasts to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Perform forensic schedule analysis to evaluate delays, support claims, and provide data-driven recommendations for dispute resolution.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to planners, schedulers, and risk specialists to promote consistency across markets.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 10–12+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and risk management within large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data center projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and experience with QSRA methodologies.
- Strong expertise in forensic schedule analysis and delay analysis techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in managing and mentoring professional scheduling teams.
- Fluent English required; regional experience in Japan, China, Taiwan, or Korea is highly preferred.
Nice to have
- Additional language proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese.
- Previous experience within a consultancy, client-side environment, or major EPC organization.
