What you will do

• Define project and program objectives, outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans.
• Deliver assigned projects and programs according to product and process specifications, budgets, resource plans, and timelines.
• Document project, program, and process development phases and share relevant information with other functions.
• Manage material and financial resources effectively while working with cross-functional staff to maximize productivity.
• Lead research and development of new technologies and incorporate new processes, designs, and methodologies into products and services.

Requirements

• In-depth expertise in the relevant discipline and broad knowledge of related functional areas.
• Experience leading projects with notable risk and complexity and developing execution strategies.
• Ability to solve unique, complex problems and communicate and influence effectively at senior levels.
• Ability to work in environments that may involve extended standing, tight spaces, noise, and clean-room conditions.
• Ability to use required personal protective equipment and, where necessary, hand and power tools.
