What you will do

• Manage sourcing and procurement for mechanical components.
• Oversee supplier relationships, performance, pricing, and contracts.
• Support new supplier selection and identify sourcing opportunities.
• Drive cost-reduction strategies and analyze market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sourcing alignment and business goals.
• Establish business continuity and supplier risk-mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of sourcing experience, particularly with mechanical components.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and international procurement.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with supplier and cost management.
• Knowledge of market drivers, cost structures, and financial analysis related to sourcing.
