What you will do
- Build comprehensive project schedules using critical plan methodology.
- Define project ownership and responsibility using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Manage schedule baselining and perform periodic updates to ensure alignment with execution plans.
- Negotiate and mediate timelines and interdependencies between key project partners.
- Provide regular progress updates and review external schedules for best practice compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in planning and scheduling for complex high-tech construction, ideally data centers.
- Expertise in using Primavera P6 planning software.
- Demonstrated experience in quantitative risk assessment (QRA) and communicating findings.
- Degree or comparable professional experience in project management or construction.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
