Senior Planner / Scheduler (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated master schedules across the data centre portfolio using Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Integrate design, procurement, authority, construction, testing and commissioning, customer handover, and RFS activities into overall programmes.
• Review contractor and consultant programmes, validating logic, sequencing, calendars, constraints, milestones, and critical path integrity.
• Perform critical path and near-critical path analysis to identify schedule risks, dependencies, and interfaces.
• Monitor progress against baselines, analyse delays and programme changes, and report schedule variance, milestones, and forecasts.
• Develop recovery and mitigation programmes, maintain change records, support PMO dashboards and reporting, and facilitate programme review workshops.

Requirements

• Experience in planning, scheduling, programme controls, or a related project delivery environment.
• Experience using Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Ability to perform CPM analysis, assess critical delivery dates, and evaluate schedule risks and dependencies.
• Ability to review contractor and consultant programmes and challenge sequencing, constraints, milestones, and logic.
• Ability to prepare clear programme analysis and reporting for PMO, executive, client, and investor audiences.
• Ability to work from Hume, Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
