Senior M&E Cost Manager (Construction)

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Paris, France (on-site 2 days per week)

What you will do

• Analyze cost reports and conduct regular reviews with senior management.
• Prepare detailed cost modelling, budgets, and benchmarking analysis.
• Manage project costs throughout the lifecycle using value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee RFPs, procurement processes, and commercial change management.
• Lead commercial risk management efforts and monitor financial close-outs.
• Review project portfolio cash flow and earned value analytics.

Requirements

• Experience as an M&E Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor in construction or consultancy.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Degree in construction, business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience leading projects and a goal to achieve Chartered status.
• Must be able to work on-site in Paris 2 days per week.
