What you will do

• Direct the workforce overseeing all preventative maintenance and repair work at the customer site in Beltsville, MD.
• Manage and supervise technical staff, including HVAC, boiler, generator mechanics, electricians, and plumbers.
• Oversee workload planning, inspections, and the safe, economical operation of the facility.
• Perform QC inspections and produce detailed QC reports.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance and repair projects, including the processing of work orders.
• Review project completion to ensure compliance with building standards and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of recent experience supervising maintenance, repair, and inspection of mechanical systems within a federal facility of at least 1 million square feet.
• High School diploma; Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience with Maximo CMMS program.
• Fluent proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).
• Must be able to pass a government background check.
