What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations of the PCB manufacturing function to ensure safe and reliable delivery of prototypes and production.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities, balancing engineering priorities, production schedules, and resource requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes and implementing practical quality systems and process controls.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to develop and manufacture specialized PCBs for next-generation quantum hardware.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing technical team through hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Ensure facility infrastructure is maintained and promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Materials) or Chemistry.
• 10+ years of experience in advanced, low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality systems, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with PCB manufacturing, semiconductor packaging, or microelectronics.
• Experience with ERP, MES, or similar manufacturing systems.
