Cost Manager MEP (Data Centres)

What you will do

• Support the settlement of construction disputes and loss/expense claims with transparency.
• Resolve commercial, change orders, and contract issues quickly and fairly.
• Prepare and agree on final accounts to ensure the client receives best value.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Manage the tender and bid process from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in a cost management or construction discipline.
• Experience with data centres is highly preferred.
• Ability to travel for short periods to meet clients, partners, and the team.
