Teacher (World Languages)

Location: Remote within the United States; applications are accepted from specified U.S. states. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Preferred availability is 25–27 hours per week during core business hours of 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. MT.

Salary: Starts at $25 per hour, commensurate with qualifications.

What you will do

• Support an assigned group of students through personalized learning, mentorship, and tutoring.
• Work synchronously with students in one-to-one, small-group, and large-group settings.
• Review and grade learning logs and provide timely, actionable feedback.
• Create engaging lessons and tailor resources to individual student needs.
• Identify students at risk, coordinate interventions, and communicate with parents.
• Attend IEP meetings as needed and collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Current Arkansas teaching certification with a World Languages endorsement.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Patient, organized, dependable, and able to support individualized learning.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and the ability to learn online tools and systems.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and access a computer, webcam, smartphone, and high-speed internet.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with non-traditional educational programs.
• Residency in Arkansas.
