What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of Systems Engineers across the NAR region.
• Develop and execute a strategic SE business plan to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
• Guide pre-sales activities including solution design, demos, POCs, and RFx responses.
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex, multi-country deployments.
• Build executive-level relationships with partners, distributors, and customers as a trusted advisor.
• Align cross-functional teams and influence product roadmaps based on field insights and market demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 15+ years of pre-sales or systems engineering experience in networking (Wi-Fi, switching, routing).
• 7+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
• Must be located in any state across the U.S.
• Exceptional presentation and executive communication skills for C-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive revenue growth.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in a second-level technical management capacity.
• Expertise in Wi-Fi technology evolution (Wi-Fi 5, 6, 7) and RF tools.
• Experience with SASE, SD-WAN, RADIUS, and virtualization environments (VMWare, AWS, Azure).
• Deep understanding of verticals like MDU, K-12, hospitality, and manufacturing.
