What you will do

• Identify and manage project development quality, resolving software and hardware issues in coordination with customers.
• Act as a primary technical contact and mentor for internal engineers and OEM customers.
• Develop product features and manage multiple development milestones and planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Validation, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Sales.
• Communicate development progress via weekly reports to LGE HQ and customer engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive component development or testing.
• Expertise in EE design (schematics, board layout, circuit analysis) and RF/Cellular technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Vehicle Infotainment, Telematics, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay.
• Strong ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously under cost and timing constraints.
• Ability to perform physical testing in vehicles and labs, including lifting up to 30lb and using X-ray equipment.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
• IATF 16949 and APQP&FMEA certifications.
• Experience working with complex systems.
