Salary: $160,000 - $230,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Wi-Fi product strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Conduct continuous market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Establish strong customer and partner relationships to translate insights into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure efficient roadmap execution.
• Lead the entire product development process, from feature prioritization to successful launch.
• Manage financial aspects of the WAP product line, including pricing and profitability analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Sunnyvale, California
• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in technology-related fields.
• 5+ years of proven experience in product management.
• Deep understanding of wireless networking technologies and current trends.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in building Wi-Fi-specific networking products.
• Previous experience designing enterprise-grade products.
