What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for AI-enabled data platforms.
• Drive the integration of generative AI and agentic capabilities into data infrastructure, including RAG architectures and model orchestration.
• Develop hirify.global’s open-source data infrastructure strategy and maintain healthy upstream engagement with communities.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and alliances to define positioning, packaging, pricing, and launch strategies.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers across platform, AI, and open-source domains.

Requirements

• 15–20 years of experience in product management with 5+ years in people leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering platform-scale products for developers and enterprise customers.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM-based systems, and agentic workflows.
• Deep understanding of open-source data technologies and experience in commercializing open-source software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science; MBA strongly preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Jose, California.
