Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions (Supply Chain)

Location: USA — Bentonville, Arkansas, at the Cheer Building Home Office

Salary: $70,000–$130,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead supply planning, vendor partnerships, and execution to improve sales and inventory performance.
• Align launch forecasts, inventory flows, modular timing, and promotional windows.
• Conduct root cause analysis and create recovery plans for out-of-stock issues and supply disruptions.
• Manage product flow through supply chain systems and optimize inventory positioning and cost.
• Track inventory health metrics and coordinate cross-functional initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members while promoting operational excellence and ethical execution.

Requirements

• Expertise in inventory management, replenishment, and supply chain coordination.
• Experience with inventory planning, forecasting, data analysis, purchase orders, allocation decisions, and inventory health metrics.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions for supply disruptions.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, data analytics, business, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and develop team members.

Nice to have

• Experience in replenishment or inventory management.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
