What you will do

• Develop estimate plans and coordinate development with the project team.
• Lead the development of the total project estimate.
• Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis.
• Provide cost contingency recommendations to the project team.
• Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates.
• Analyze and recommend solutions to problems of varying complexity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an Estimator in a construction environment with increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered status, or currently pursuing certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States
