What you will do

• Assist in developing a legislative and regulatory policy agenda to foster business growth.
• Identify business opportunities and risks stemming from pending initiatives at federal, state, and local levels.
• Contribute to the execution of advocacy strategies on key policy matters.
• Engage with trade associations and consultants to monitor public policy developments.
• Draft policy-related briefing materials, memos, and presentations.
• Represent the company at industry events and manage a specific portfolio of priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Capitol Hill, executive branch, or government relations (Trade Association, Corporate, or Non-profit).
• Fluency in English and Korean (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Deep understanding of the legislative and political process, specifically in energy, trade, and tax.
• Experience working with trade associations, industry groups, and coalitions.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
