Junior Project Coordinator (Learning & Development)

Location: Katowice, Poland; hybrid working model with office presence two days per week. Candidates based in Katowice and Kraków are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: Monthly allowance for eligible V.I.E participants.

What you will do

• Coordinate learning initiatives, timelines, stakeholders, and project delivery.
• Design and develop digital e-learning courses using established learning standards.
• Create user guides, quick reference guides, manuals, and handouts.
• Update and implement multilingual versions of e-learning courses using translation resources.
• Improve learning content, processes, and the learner experience across the hirify.global network.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent English is required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, collaboration, and independent ownership skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• V.I.E applicants must be EEA nationals aged 18–28 and eligible for the programme.

Nice to have

• Experience in training, facilitation, teaching, or e-learning development.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 or alternative authoring tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, or Elucidat.
