What you will do

• Lead and develop a global accounting organization across multiple regions and legal entities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Drive the implementation of a new enterprise-wide financial ERP system, including chart of accounts redesign and UAT.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory reporting requirements.
• Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Procurement to improve financial processes and business insights.
• Manage intercompany accounting, consolidations, and foreign currency transactions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP reporting.
• Proven success in a key role during a full-cycle ERP implementation (e.g., NetSuite, Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Experience transitioning financial statements to reviewed or audited status.
