What you will do

• Execute the corporate social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Own and maintain the social content calendar, ensuring alignment with blogs, newsletters, webinars, and product launches.
• Create, edit, and publish social-first video and static content, including executive thought leadership and event coverage.
• Partner with Content, Design, PR, and Demand Generation teams to adapt long-form assets into engaging social content.
• Manage daily community engagement, responding to comments and brand mentions.
• Track channel performance using native analytics to provide optimization recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing social media for an in-house brand or agency.
• Proven experience supporting B2B or enterprise marketing audiences.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different platforms.
• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and CapCut.
• Experience using social analytics tools to measure performance and reach.
• Must be based in Canada.
