Location: Reston, Virginia, USA; may require on-site work at client locations in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. At least 50% of time each quarter is spent in the office or in the field.
Annual base salary: $163,800–$245,800 USD for the primary location; additional U.S. locations: $148,200–$264,000 USD.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and implement solutions for a Kubernetes-based infrastructure platform.
- Build and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure platform components.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments with Terraform and Argo CD.
- Build CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling to support reliable product delivery.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and collaborate with development teams across locations and time zones.
- Maintain security standards, compliance, documentation, and knowledge-sharing practices.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required because the role supports U.S. federal government contracts.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required; TS/SCI with CI Poly is preferred.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with large-scale cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and software development engineering.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and production cloud environments.
- Experience with AWS and proficiency in at least one programming language such as C#, Python, Ruby, Rust, or Go.
- Experience with security auditing, compliance frameworks, or air-gapped cloud regions; a related degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- DoD 8570/8140 compliance with IAT Level II certification, a current Computing Environment credential, and an approved specialty certification.
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
