What you will do

• Manage end-to-end fulfillment and material readiness to align with production schedules.
• Drive on-time start and delivery performance while proactively mitigating schedule risks.
• Execute Line of Balances to identify and resolve capacity constraints.
• Act as the primary integration point between procurement, manufacturing, quality, and engineering.
• Translate master production schedules into actionable daily and weekly execution plans.
• Implement process improvements to increase flow and ensure adherence to AS9100 and ISO standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain, preferably in aerospace or defense.
• Proficiency with ERP, MRP, and MES systems.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and DoD quality systems.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and real-time problem-solving skills.
