What you will do

• Shape creative strategy and lead execution for hirify.global Certificates, aligning closely with GTM leads.
• Oversee the production of trailers, course promos, social content, lifecycle marketing, and executive presentations.
• Direct video content from conceptualizing on-set capture needs through the final edit.
• Write scripts and copy, shape rough layouts, and build decks to maintain a high creative bar.
• Partner with Content, Social, and Product teams to ensure creative work reflects real user needs.
• Integrate AI tools into the ideation and production process to accelerate workflow without losing brand voice.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in creative roles across agency and in-house environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating both strategic range and hands-on craft in art direction and video.
• Proven track record of developing and enforcing brand voice and tone standards.
• Experience presenting creative strategy directly to senior stakeholders.
• Working fluency with AI creative tools in an active production workflow.
• Must be based in the US (specifically CA, NY, or WA for listed salary ranges).
