What you will do

• Implement project best practices, manage critical project metrics, and deliver a world-class services experience.
• Lead client-facing guidance for complex technology issues with internal and external technical resources until resolved.
• Create and deliver project plans and project artifacts, articulating value to clients.
• Manage resource planning and coordination with engineering and subcontracting partners to keep delivery running smoothly.
• Evaluate and implement project management technologies and processes to maintain service delivery leadership.
• Run client meetings across presales, kick-off, weekly calls, escalations, and portfolio reviews; prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of client-facing project management experience in the IT industry (IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity preferred).
• 2+ years demonstrating effective scheduling and resource management.
• Proficiency creating and delivering project plans and related project artifacts.
• Experience with PSA solutions (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask) and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).
• Location: Must be based in the Carolinas (remote within the Carolinas).
