What you will do

• Drive end-to-end execution of NPI programs using established processes and tools like Asana.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead and influence global, cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level monthly reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sunnyvale, California.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of program or project management experience in a relevant industry.
• Experience with full product lifecycle development from concept to production.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with program management tools such as Asana or Smartsheet.
• Understanding of financial and technical feasibility in product development.
• Broad knowledge of cross-functional business processes.
