What you will do

• Perform daily cycle counts, audits, and physical verifications to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Research and resolve variances involving raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
• Process work orders, material transfers, and inventory adjustments within ERP systems.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, procurement, and receiving teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Generate reports to support plant performance and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics is preferred.
• Strong mathematical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., BaaN, Maximo) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain certification to operate material handling equipment.
• Must be physically capable of handling, moving, and verifying materials to conduct inventory counts.
