What you will do
- Provide transactional accounting and general financial management analysis for Embassy management and Bureaus.
- Record and monitor financial transactions using RFMS, Global BI/COAST, and GFMS.
- Develop accurate ICASS budgets and workload counts in collaboration with embassies and external organizations.
- Prepare financial plans and budgets using WebICASS, WebRabit, and OBO/RPA in accordance with established guidance.
- Fund procurement actions and grants using ILMS/Ariba and SAMS.
- Perform periodic reviews of Status of Funds and Obligations to ensure accuracy and validate unliquidated obligations.
Requirements
- Four-year degree from an accredited college or university in financial management, business administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Financial Management at an overseas post (e.g., embassy, consulate).
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and understanding of the ICASS process.
- Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) clearance.
- Must be based in Charleston, SC for an on-site schedule.
