Salary: $104,000 – $111,477.49 per year

What you will do

• Conduct variance analysis comparing current financial data against prior year submissions and contracts.
• Facilitate meetings with Program Offices to establish new fiscal year requirements and confirm findings.
• Develop metrics and draft justifications for leadership review.
• Coordinate spending review meetings to prepare and maintain financial execution plans.
• Manage funding authorizations and maintain obligation trackers for overseas expenses.
• Collaborate with software developers to improve financial planning and execution systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
• Knowledge of Federal, Departmental, and Bureau budgetary principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial tracking software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• BA/BS degree required.
