What you will do

• Shape the sensor platform architecture as the system scales.
• Solve complex integration issues across multiple sensor modalities including LIDAR, RADAR, and cameras.
• Deploy and debug software directly on real vehicles operating in the field.
• Integrate new sensor types into existing and future onboard platforms.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and build innovative sensor solutions.
• Analyze live system behavior to resolve issues and drive platform maturity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience working on fielded sensor systems (cameras, lidar, radar, GPS, IMU).
• Expert-level proficiency in C/C++ or Rust in resource-constrained environments.
• Proven experience leading engineering efforts to solve critical systems problems.
• Experience fielding and debugging Linux systems below the application level.
• Strong understanding of time synchronization in coordinated systems.
• Basic electronics knowledge, including the ability to read schematics and use test equipment.
