Salary: $128,000–$195,250

What you will do

• Design and implement DSP algorithms for UAS RF signal detection and analysis.
• Reverse engineer commercial and custom wireless communication protocols.
• Develop signal processing workflows in MATLAB and production-ready code in C++.
• Analyze complex RF environments to distinguish UAS signals from background noise.
• Collaborate with RF engineers, data scientists, and mission analysts on novel detection methods.
• Set technology roadmaps and evaluate emerging market trends for signal processing programs.

Requirements

• B.S. or higher in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience (military experience is equivalent).
• Proficiency in C++ and MATLAB for algorithm development.
• Experience in RF signal detection, demodulation, and characterization.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR/EAR regulations.

• Experience with phased array DF techniques.
• Background in AI/ML-based classification approaches.
