Plant Director (Manufacturing)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; onsite plant leadership role

Salary: $160,363–$205,000 base salary annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

What you will do

• Own overall performance and operational metrics for the bottling and distribution facility.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a cohesive team of leaders and employees, supporting retention and a positive work environment.
• Manage facility financial performance, including Profit and Loss, and customer satisfaction.
• Champion national safety and quality programs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics, tankering, scheduling, plant leaders, corporate teams, and local stakeholders to secure resources and meet production needs.
• Support production planning, scheduling, Continuous Excellence, Lean, and Total Performance Management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10 or more years of meaningful manufacturing experience, including career progression and cross-functional assignments.
• At least 3 years managing a factory team of leaders and employees.
• Consumer packaged goods experience is required; food or beverage experience is preferred.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing operations, warehousing, distribution, budgeting, planning, safety, quality, and human resources.
• Strong English language skills are required for communication, collaboration, and customer service.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Continuous improvement experience using Six Sigma, Lean, or TPM.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
