Plant Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Full-time, on-site at the manufacturing facility in Lowell, Indiana, United States

What you will do

• Own the facility’s operations, culture, manufacturing strategy, and sustainable financial performance.
• Build a safety-first floor culture and engage, mentor, and inspire operators directly on the shop floor.
• Increase plant throughput, coordinate supply chain activities, and manage operational and P&L performance.
• Embed Enterprise Lean Sigma and Six Sigma practices to reduce waste, optimize workflows, and improve yields.
• Maintain ISO 9000 quality standards, use Voice of Customer feedback, and lead structured root-cause problem solving.
• Set site strategy, manage capital expenditure budgets, deliver OGSM objectives, and develop local floor leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive operational leadership experience running fast-paced manufacturing plants.
• Direct experience in converting, pressure-sensitive materials, printing, or custom graphics production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical equivalent.
• Practical Process Safety Management expertise, including Process Hazard Analyses, Management of Change compliance, and high-hazard risk mitigation.
• Mastery of Enterprise Lean Sigma or equivalent Lean Manufacturing systems, including kaizen events and sustainable workflow optimization.
• Experience with ISO 9000 quality systems, Voice of Customer integration, servant leadership, talent development, and change management.
