What you will do

• Lead a large bottling and distribution facility as a key member of the leadership team.
• Coach and develop frontline leaders and employees to enhance skills and competencies.
• Partner with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to maximize efficiency and output.
• Drive cultural changes in manufacturing and instill a safety-first mindset across the facility.
• Monitor downtime (DH) and manage factory staffing to meet variable labor budgets.
• Ensure full compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and FSSC standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of production experience within manufacturing.
• 5+ years of experience in a team leadership capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in consumer products or food and beverage industry.
• Knowledge of TPM, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Experience with SAP or similar business management software.
