What you will do

• Own PM standards, task lists, schedules, and tiered service offerings.
• Lead US-based PM teams and approved service partners to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Oversee service call workflows, including triage, dispatch coordination, and resolution aligned with SLAs.
• Analyze failure trends and coordinate with Engineering to improve equipment reliability.
• Manage US PM KPIs, including contract fulfillment, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of technical experience in data center cooling or HVAC.
• Proven experience building and scaling preventive maintenance programs.
• Demonstrated leadership of distributed field teams.
• Strong technical understanding of chillers, CDUs, hydronic systems, and controls.
