What you will do

• Schedule and perform on-site installations and preventative maintenance within the assigned territory.
• Execute emergency repair visits and provide remote telephone assistance to customers.
• Coordinate and manage your own schedule to prioritize service calls and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales personnel and Field Applications Specialists.
• Manage customer accounts to ensure high satisfaction and identify opportunities for upgrades or consumables.
• Document all service activities and communicate product quality issues to the internal team.

Requirements

• Proven experience with electro-mechanical and automated systems, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Must be based in or around Phoenix, Arizona to cover the Southwest region.
• Education equivalent to at least an associate's degree or significant experience in an engineering discipline.
• Possession of a valid Passport for international training in the UK.
• Ability to travel on short notice and perform approximately 50% overnight travel.
• Strong customer-facing skills and a proactive approach to workload management.
