What you will do

• Perform support removal, surface finishing, and dimensional checks of metal parts.
• Operate post-processing equipment including bandsaws, EDMs, and various hand tools.
• Conduct visual inspections and adhere to strict quality control procedures.
• Document work performed and report any part non-conformances.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas while following safety protocols.
• Communicate needs for tools and consumable items to support daily operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, machining, or a hands-on technical role.
• Ability to interpret basic engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic measurement devices such as calipers and micrometers.
• Familiarity with MES systems and computer tools (Microsoft Office, SmartSheets).
• U.S. Citizenship is required for the purpose of obtaining a security clearance.
