What you will do

• Act as the primary field link between project planning and on-site execution.
• Coordinate daily activities across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical trades to maintain efficiency.
• Monitor site progress to proactively resolve conflicts before they impact the project schedule.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and equipment deliveries to ensure continuous workflow.
• Document site activities through daily reports, photographs, and punch list tracking.
• Assist in the installation of modular data center skids, generators, transformers, and switchgear.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, energy, or mission-critical construction.
• Proven onsite experience working directly with Superintendents or General Contractors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Strong communication skills for managing relationships with vendors, inspectors, and project leadership.
• Ability to work outdoors and navigate active construction sites for the majority of the workday.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscale data centers or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
