What you will do

• Lead system integration testing for HVAC control systems, gateways, and cloud-connected platforms.
• Capture and analyze communication logs (BACnet, Modbus, RS485, UART) for root cause analysis.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between North American operations and Global HQ in Korea.
• Develop application guidelines, technical documentation, and training materials for internal teams and partners.
• Monitor North American HVAC regulations and standards, such as Title 24 and AHRI.
• Provide consultative pre-sales and post-sales technical support to distributors and end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in HVAC controls or system integration.
• Fluent Korean language skills for collaboration with Global HQ.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Hands-on experience with serial communication protocols (RS485, Modbus, BACnet).
• Ability to set up lab environments, including electrical wiring and PCBA-level testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with VRF or ductless mini-split systems.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, or programming in C or C#.
• Familiarity with cloud-connected HVAC platforms and mobile applications like LG ThinQ.
