What you will do

• Evaluate payload capabilities through research and testing.
• Design electrical systems, components, and products to support payload integration.
• Translate customer system requirements into technical payload specifications.
• Develop test hardware, wiring harnesses, and mechanical interfaces for payload testing.
• Manage requirements, system integration, and test execution throughout the development lifecycle.
• Create technical documentation, including user manuals, integration guides, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, CS, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3-5 years of experience building, assembling, or testing hardware systems.
• Familiarity with PCBAs and basic electronics assembly or testing.
• Programming experience in C or C++.
• Must be independently authorized to work in the United States.
• U.S. person status required due to export control requirements.

Nice to have

• Exposure to embedded systems, robotics, or autonomy platforms.
• Basic networking knowledge (static IPs, SSH, device setup).
• Experience working in startup, research, or R&D teams.
